The hotel could do with a little TLC but serves as a decent overnight stop. The service was friendly and efficient, but there were a couple of staff members who seemed uninterested. The location was convenient for our visit to relatives, but some aspects were disappointing, like the red suite. Dining options were limited, but the breakfast was decent. Overall, it was a mixed experience with room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was nice and convenient for my business, but the room I was given truly needed some serious updating. The service from the staff was friendly and attentive, although there was an unnecessary penalty charge issue. The dining was decent, with some hits and misses, and the facilities overall were satisfactory.
